Ingredients:
2 squid tubes about 200g each – cut into 1 and a half cm square pieces
200g of haloumi cheese cut in to same size pieces
36 fresh oregano leaves
oil pepper
Method:
For this recipe you will need 12 bamboo skewers. Thread the squid, cheese and the oregano leaves alternating onto the skewers and brush lightly with oil. Season with pepper.
BBQ or char grill over a medium to high heat for 2 minutes turning to lightly brown on all sides.
Serve immediately with a little drizzled olive oil.
