Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Cold Water
1 1/2 Cups Long Grain White Rice
1 Pound Ground Spicy Sausage
2 Cups Hot Sauce
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Of Sliced Jalapenos
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Green Onions Chopped
Dash Of Salt And Pepper For Taste
Directions:
In a large saucepan boil the water and then stir in the rice. Reduce the heat, Cover the saucepan and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is fluffy. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a medium size baking dish mix in the cooked rice, spicy sausage, hot sauce and sour cream mix together. Top this wonderful dish with the shredded cheddar cheese, fresh ripe jalapenos, and put it in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve this dish with warm tortillas or nice baked corn bread. Serving Size 6
