Fruit and fudge smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana, peeled
85g/3oz fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
4 strawberries, hulls removed
2 cubes ready-made fudge
2 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
100ml/3½fl oz milk
50ml/2fl oz still water
1 strawberry, to serve

Method

1. Blend all the ingredients, except the strawberry, in a food processor until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately, garnished with one whole strawberry hooked onto the side of the glass.
