Ingredients:
1/2 pound lasagne
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 cans tomato sauce
6 green onions
1 package (small) cream cheese
3/4 pound sour cream
Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Cook ground meat and garlic, add tomato sauce, and simmer.
Put lasagne in greased casserole, then add meat mixture. Add chopped green onions.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together and add on top of green onions. Grate cheese over casserole. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles.
